According to the Institute of Volcanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Kluchevskaya Sobka, Eurasia’s highest active volcano, recorded almost 10 eruptions per hour. The volcano is reported to be 4,754 meters (almost 16,000 feet) high.

Also, lava and ash are spewing from the Shiveluch volcano, the agency said. Kamchatka is a sparsely populated city.
Whereas the city of Cluj has a population of 5,000. It lies between the 2 volcanoes at a distance of 30-50 kilometers from each.

Also, the volcanoes are said to be 450 kilometers from the peninsula’s only major city, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The volcanoes in the Pacific are known as the Ring of Fire.
