7-degree earthquake shook northern city and a minor has been reported dead so far
Around noon, a strong earthquake was felt in the city of Tumbes with an epicenter in Ecuador. According to the Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP), the magnitude was 7 to 78 kilometers deep in the city of Zarumilla in the Tumbes region.
