In a mountainous region, difficult to access and with winds that fan the flames, Spanish and French firefighters have been trying to control a fire since Friday that is advancing over almost 600 hectares of the Spanish Mediterranean coast, near the border with France. With gusts that reached almost 100 km/h at night, the weather conditions complicate the intervention of water bomber planes.
