In the early hours of this Tuesday, July 9, a trailer that tried to pass through a low bridge Miguel Aleman Viaduct got stuck at the height of Avenida Coyoacán, causing a intense chaos in circulation.
The trailer box, which was carrying more than 20 tons of cat litter, was destroyed and the unit remained stranded between the lanes of the congested road.
After what happened, elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) went to the scene to remove the heavy unit with a corporation crane.
Traffic was severely affected in the area of Viaducto Miguel Alemán in the direction of Mexico City International Airport (AICM), with the far right lanes being blocked.
Emergency services are already working in the area to move to unit and remove any debris present, at the moment there are no reports of injuries.
Likewise, the Road Guidance Center (OVIAL) invites motorists to take alternate routes to reach their destinations and avoid slow progress in the affected area.
