Parents of a student of the “Carmen Serdán” Rural Normal School in Teteles de Ávila Castillo, from Poza Rica, Veracruz, denounced, through social networks, the detention against her will of her daughter, by other “students”, for the purpose of their traditional hazing.

It has gone viral in social networks, a video in which the voice of a woman can be heard, saying that her daughter should be handed over to her, since she is dehydrated and needs to be taken to the doctor, while hooded women deny her access, since they always argue that it is illegal to enter the school in that manner.
However, the family was able to rescue their daughter, to give her medical attention, since according to the student’s testimonies, she remained in the facilities involuntarily, without food and without water for three days, in addition to being “tortured” by performing forced exercises despite their physical condition without the necessary nutrients.

As a result, the hooded students claim to be harassed and attacked by managers, civilians and even government authorities, as they cannot be forced into “their” facilities.
Authorities of the Government of the State of Puebla and the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) Puebla, They held a conversation, issuing a statement in which they confirmed the meeting of the Government director, Gerardo Becerrilwith the director of the institution, Carlos Rolando Mendoza, in order to address the methods implemented by the Student Council in the so-called “induction week”, since these would obey the uses and customs for more than 30 years.
At this meeting were members of the Student Council, administrative staff and parentswho agreed not to allow acts that violate human rights.
