Coimbatore: On behalf of the School Education Department, the district level gymnastics competition was held yesterday at the Nehru Stadium Gymnastics Arena. The competition was inaugurated by District Physical Education Inspector Jacind Gracelin.
Various competitions including bar, beam, vault and pommel horse were conducted for the students based on their age group of 14, 17 and 19.
In this competition, more than 100 students from schools under Coimbatore revenue district showed their full potential.
The winning students will participate in the state competition.
