A new study has revealed the age at which some people may feel specific physical limitations due to aches and pains.

The study, which included 2,000 adults in their fifties, found that “seven in 10 adults over the age of 40 enjoy being active, but nearly a third of them (31%) feel restricted by aches and pains.”

It was found that “2 in 5 people over the age of 45 cannot touch their toes while standing, and only 3 in 10 have tried yoga, with the knees and lower back being the first areas to cause discomfort.”
