The Under-11 and Under-13 categories met this Thursday (20) the Paulista Championship table. São Paulo start the State away from home: the two teams, which have a mirrored table, face Desportivo Brasil in Porto Feliz on May 21st. The games take place at 9 am (younger team) and 10:30 am (Under-13).
Each competition will bring together 71 teams divided into nine groups in the first phase. The #MadeInCotia boys are in bracket 8 alongside Itararé, Desportivo Brasil, Primavera, São Bento, Oeste, Referência and Sharjah.
This year, the tournament brings something new: all U-11 players will have to play at least 12 minutes of each match. Games will last 50 minutes, divided into two halves of 25.
Tricolor’s pre-child and child teams have played in the Campeonato Paulista since 2015. Since then, they have brought Cotia a title each: the U-11 team took the trophy in 2018, while the U-13 team was champion in 2019.
