jpnn.comSEMARANG – PSI has issued recommendations for two pairs of regional head candidates in the Central Java Province.
The first recommendation was given to Arif Rahman and Sri Setyorini as the prospective candidate pair for regent and vice regent of Blora.
Meanwhile, the second recommendation was given to the prospective candidate pair for regent and vice regent of Cilacap, Syamsul Auliya Rachman and Sindy Syakir.
“The recommendations issued specifically for Blora and Cilavap are to benefit the people there,” said PSI General Chair Kaesang Pangarep after inaugurating the PSI Semarang City Office on Jalan Jagalan Semarang, Saturday (20/7).
Kaesang did not explain why he gave the two recommendations. He only said the recommendations were a symbol of choosing a regional leader who is in line with the leadership of President-elect Prabowo Subianto.
“Hopefully there will be continuity in President-elect Prabowo Subianto,” he said.
Next, Kaesang will issue recommendations for prospective regional head candidates in Central Java. Among them is the name of Kendal Regent Dico Ganinduto to become a prospective candidate for mayor of Semarang.
“Yes, Mas Dico, we’ll wait first,” said the youngest son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
Kaesang alluded to Prabowo Subianto when submitting PSI recommendations for the Blora and Cilacap regional heads.
