Mumbai : Suburban train services were disrupted for two and a half hours due to a train derailment in Mumbai. A train derailed today at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Railway Station in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Due to this, the trains could not run. Railway engineers repaired the derailed train at 12:15 pm.
Due to this, train services were affected for two and a half hours on the suburban railway tracks. Suburban trains are the lifeblood of Mumbai city transport. 10 lakh people travel on the ‘Harbour Line’ and 30 lakh people on the ‘Main Line’ every day.
