jpnn.com – In order to make the 21st National Sports Week (PON) 2024 in Aceh and North Sumatra (Sumut) on 9-20 September 2024 a success, PT XL Axiata is preparing a quality network.

Group Head of XL Axiata West Region, Desy Sari Dewi revealed that specifically, XL Axiata is trying to continue to maintain the performance of the 4G network to support the smooth running and success of the implementation of the 2024 PON XXI event in Aceh – North Sumatra.
“XL Axiata is also making special preparations by adding 1 mobile base transceiver station (MBTS) at Harapan Bangsa Stadium, Aceh to improve network quality during the 2024 XXI PON at that location,” said Desy, Wednesday (4/9).
Desy said that in North Sumatra itself there are three MBTS.
“The first is located at the Sumut Sport Center, Balige, and another MBTS is available at Pantai Cermin, Serdang Bedagai Regency,” said Desy.
