Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, on Saturday, the success of the evacuation of the Iraqi diplomatic staff from the embassy building in Khartoum.
“The Iraqi diplomatic cadre was successfully evacuated from the embassy building in Khartoum, with a qualitative operation,” ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahhaf said in a statement.
And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, earlier, that it is coordinating with a number of countries to evacuate Iraqi nationals from Sudan.
The ministry said in a statement that it is coordinating with a number of brotherly countries for the safe evacuation of Iraqis from Sudan.
Iraq announced that it was working with the highest priority to provide a response to the Iraqi community in Sudan.
He indicated that coordination is underway with the concerned authorities there in this regard.
