Evergreen Marine, a Taiwanese shipping company, has announced year-end bonuses for its employees. Evergreen Marine has given a maximum of 52 months of salary as a bonus to the employees who have performed well. Through this, an employee who has worked for one year in the company will get four years salary as bonus. While the basic salary for a junior level employee is Rs 1 lakh 45 thousand, he will get a bonus of around Rs 60 lakh if he has contributed well.
