A Tampa Bay man in the state of Florida in the United States was arrested over the weekend for throwing a hot dog at a police officer, who warned him he was violating a city ordinance, according to a local report.

Jason Stoll, 47, is charged with a felony of resisting a non-violent police officer. According to court documents obtained by the press, a St. Petersburg police officer told Stoll that he could no longer sell sausages on the road after his sale permit expired.

The policeman asked Stoll to close the stall, but he kept trying to sell hot dogs. Stoll became frustrated and threw a hot dog at the policeman, who was in uniform at the time of the incident, according to the documents.

More in-

Stoll, who lives in New Fort Richie, has been invited to the Finals County Sheriff’s Office. Online court records show he was released on bail after depositing $ 2,500 bail.

The courts note that he has many tattoos, including the sentences “what does not kill me strengthens me,” and many others. Among the sentences was also: “hustle eat sleep repeat” – meaning “solicitation for prostitution, eating and sleeping over and over again”. The word hustle has many meanings, most in the context of illegal activity – illegal profit, illegal goods, solicitation for prostitution and more.

Jason Stoll faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
