Sudirman, Convicted of Vina’s Murder, Moved to Cirebon Prison

jpnn.comBANDUNG – One of the seven convicts in the Vina Cirebon murder case, Sudirman, was finally returned to Cirebon Prison on Thursday (5/9/2024).

Sudirman was transferred from Cirebon Prison to Banceuy Prison in Bandung City since May 2024 for examination purposes by the West Java Regional Police.

Head of Banceuy Prison Roni Widyatmoko said, Sudirman was transferred from Banceuy Prison at noon at 10.30 WIB. Currently the person concerned has arrived in Cirebon.

“Yes, that’s right, just this morning he was transferred there (Cirebon). And, the latest report is that Sudirman has arrived safely at Cirebon Class 1 Prison,” said Roni.

Roni explained that Sudirman was in good health when he was transferred to Cirebon Prison.

The plan is that Sudirman will undergo a judicial review (PK) hearing on September 25, 2024 at the Cirebon District Court.

Previously, the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) decided to accept the protection application of the convicts in the case of the deaths of Vina and Eki in Cirebon in 2016.

The convicts numbered seven people, consisting of RA, ER, HS, ES, JY, SP, and SD.

One of the convicts in the Vina and Eki murder case, Sudirman, was finally returned to Cirebon Prison on Thursday (5/9/2024). LPSK provides protection.
