A Refreshing Oasis
Each year, from June to the end of August, Aquatropic expands its offerings by opening its outdoor space. This expansion gives customers five times more space, with access to the large outdoor pool and the new Aquasplash attraction for children.
On Saturday, July 5, the launch of the season included a variety of activities, ensuring there was something for everyone. Fun games, paintball, pony rides, volleyball, a make-up workshop, a show, and a pool party kept visitors entertained throughout the day.
The president of Aquatropic noted, “Visitors come from the four cardinal points of the city to cool off, in full scorching time. This water park is an oasis in the city. It is super important for families who cannot go on vacation to bring children to a protected site.”
Popularity on the Rise
Aquatropic, situated in Nîmes, is gaining popularity, particularly among families. Director Emmanuelle Bon shared, “With the heat, we have a lot of people. Last Sunday, 1,300 admissions were sold.”
The numbers speak for themselves. In 2024, Aquatropic recorded a significant increase in attendance with 143,742 admissions, a substantial jump from the 112,954 admissions in 2023.
