CULTURE. After multiple performances of the play “May Contain Traces of Ego,” the summer season continues at the Théâtre La Marjolaine in Eastman.

Originally created in Eastman in 1988, the play “The Nuns” is back in August at this theater founded in 1960. This series of performances began on August 14 and continues until August 24.

The six nuns on stage are portrayed by Dorothée Berryman, Chantal Lamarre, Caroline Lavigne, Rosie-Anne Bérubé Bernier, Lili-Ann de Francesco, and Andy St-Louis. Marc St-Martin directs the production.

The Blue Meetings are also taking place on Sundays until September 8. Presented by Comportamento, these free concerts are held under the marquee at the back of the theater.

The open mic Mondays will also remain in the program until September 2. This is a unique opportunity to sing in public or play on Claude Léveillé’s old piano. To do this, interested individuals should send their artistic proposal to [email protected].
