The Union can continue its recovery course in the polls.
In the Sunday trend that the polling institute INSA collects weekly for BILD am SONNTAG, the CDU and CSU come to 24 percent this week, one percentage point more than in the previous week.

The Greens can make up one point and come to 16 percent this week, the FDP loses one point and comes to 10 percent.
In the first Sunday trend of the year, the traffic light would have an arithmetical majority of 53 percent.
The AfD (11 percent) and Left (5 percent) keep their values from the previous week, the other parties would unite 7 percent of the votes (+/- 0).
For BILD am SONNTAG, the opinion research institute INSA surveyed 1201 respondents (TOM) in the period from December 27th to December 30th, 2021. The maximum margin of error is +/- 2.9 percentage points. Question: If there were general elections next Sunday, how would you vote?
