Andhra state government buses are plying on the mountain route to Tirupati Eyumalayan Temple. This year, 300 buses are planned to run on the mountain route in view of the Brahmotsava festival. In order to save the environment and save the fuel cost in Tirupati, an electric bus will be run on the mountain route. Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy has given permission for this.
A new model electric bus manufactured by Olegrda Company is being brought to Tirupati today. The management responsibility of running these buses has been entrusted to Mega Engineering. This electric bus has 36 seats, air conditioning, surveillance camera and automatic doors. This bus can run up to 300 km on a single charge of the battery.
There are 10 more buses to arrive before the 25th. On the 27th, the funeral ceremony will begin at Etummalayan Temple. In this case, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy is going to present silk clothes. He has said that he will start these electric buses on that day. 64,292 people had darshan of Swami in Tirupati yesterday. 30,641 persons donated hair.
