London: Super fight in the European Champions League tonight. Reigning champions Chelsea will face Spanish giants Real Madrid in the first quarter. The match will be played at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea’s home ground, from 12.30pm Indian time. Chelsea beat Lille 4-1 in the second quarter to advance to the quarterfinals. Real reached the last eight with a dramatic 3-2 win over PSG in both quarters.
Bayern Munich and Villarreal will face each other at the same time in another quarter. Bayern beat Salzburg (8-2) in the quarter-finals, while Vieira beat Juventus (4-1).
