Universal Studios and Nintendo have announced the opening of the Super Nintendo World theme park in Universal Studios Hollywood for 2023. The set of attractions will be modeled on the park opened in 2020 in Tokyo, in the Japanese Universal Studios. Nintendo and Universal had already declared that the amusement park would be a format exported to various areas of the world, and today the confirmation of the second worldwide opening arrives. No details have been revealed on the attractions that the American Super Nintendo World will contain, nor if they will be the same as the Japanese counterpart. However, the year marks another important event linked to the collaboration between Nintendo and Universal, as it will be released the movie dedicated to Super Mario in the cinema, made in computer graphics. Mario for the occasion will have the voice of actor Chris Pratt, a choice that has raised a great controversy in the gamer community.
