Super Pharm in a huge deal: will buy the Iruka chain

Super-Pharm, under the management of Nitzan Lavi, is the largest pharmacy chain in Israel and is considered almost a monopoly in the field. The chain has about 280 branches and operates through franchisees. Since it was established, Super-Pharm has been operating under a pharmacy license, and operates cosmetics, optics and toiletries departments alongside its pharmacies. The Super-Pharm chain was represented in the transaction by attorneys Niv Zekler and Ofer Argov from the office of attorney Zekler Argov, and Iroka was represented by attorney Kafir Yadgar and attorney Inbar Boyenjo from the Gornitsiki office.
