jpnn.comMAJALENGKA – Acting Regent of Majalengka Dedi Supandi revealed the secret of his success in leading the region.
Dedi said that one of the secrets to this success was the super team he formed with the Regional Secretary (Sekda) H. Eman Suherman.
“So we created a super team and Pak Haji Eman’s role there was very helpful so that other successes emerged,” said Dedi as quoted in Jakarta, Saturday (17/8).
As is known, Dedi and Eman have won 13 awards from December 2023 to August 2024.
The first award was given directly by Vice President KH Ma’ruf Amin to Majalengka Regency, namely the 2023 Mental Revolution Award in the Supporting Category for the Real Action Program of Planting Ten Million Trees.
Most recently, Dedi received the 2024 Inews Regional Leader Award in the Regional Economic Development Category with Sustainable Poverty Alleviation Efforts.
He has proven successful in reducing the poverty rate in Majalengka Regency, which was previously in double digits, namely 11 percent, to eight percent.
This effort to reduce poverty rates was successfully carried out by promoting programs, one of which is the Sapa Usaha Rakyat Aksi Berbagi Informasi (Surabi).
Acting Regent Dedi Supandi revealed that the Super Team, the brainchild of former Regional Secretary Eman Suherman, helped reduce poverty rates in Majalengka.
