Iliad invests heavily in technology through, in particular, its cloud subsidiary Scaleway. A conference is also planned for the fall in Paris.

“When a tech revolution breaks out, we want to be part of it”. These are the words of Xavier Niel, founder and owner of the Iliad group, who announced this Tuesday significant investments in artificial intelligence.

Since the start of the new wave of AI, driven by the breakthroughs of Open AI and its chatbot, most companies have had the subject on their agenda. Iliad is obviously no exception. The parent company of Free is unveiling this Tuesday a vast plan dedicated to technology.
