Doctor Tanya also said that one should eat Amla daily during pregnancy. Amla is a storehouse of Vitamin C. Women who suffer from white discharge can benefit from eating Amla. Apart from this, you must also eat apple and pomegranate. These two fruits work to increase blood in the body and prevent anemia during pregnancy. Eating pomegranate increases the amount of hemoglobin in the body.
Orange, Sweet Lime and Guava
Eating fruits during pregnancy is very beneficial for health. These fruits fulfill the deficiency of Vitamin C in the body. Vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron. According to the University of California, fruits that contain vitamin C promote the growth of the baby and also increase the absorption of iron. This includes orange, strawberry, broccoli.

Doctor Tanya said that it is good to eat banana during pregnancy. If women have low BP during pregnancy, feel dizzy, are vomiting excessively or are not able to eat food properly, then eating banana is appropriate. Bananas are rich in potassium. You can eat a banana daily or make its smoothie.
