The majority (71%) of Russians named Moscow the best city for building a career, according to a SuperJob poll. The second and third places were taken by St. Petersburg and Kazan, they were named by 63% and 53% of the respondents, respectively.
According to residents, the best cities to build a career:

- Tyumen (49%),
- Yekaterinburg (48%).
Worst cities to build a career
- Astrakhan (17%),
- Togliatti (16%),
- Saratov (15%),
- Omsk (14%),
- Volgograd (13%).
Earlier, a SuperJob poll showed that 41% of Russians would like to stay in Russia if they can choose any country for life. In similar surveys in 2010 and 2016, this option was chosen by 23 and 40% of respondents, respectively.
