The Supernovas team defeated Velocity in the Women’s T20 Challenge Final to win the trophy.

The Supernovas and Velocity teams clashed in the final of the Women’s T20 Challenge Series. Velocity won the toss and elected to field.
Batting first, the Supernovas’ opening batsman, Todd, struck an action-packed fifty. Another opener Priya Punia scored 28 runs. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored an impressive 43 runs.
Pooja Vastragar, Sune Loose and Harleen Deol were out in single digits. The Supernovas, who hit 62 off 44 balls with Totten scoring a half-century, scored 165 in 20 overs before setting a challenging target of 166 for Velocity.
Chasing a target of 166, Velocity scored 161 and lost by 4 runs. The Supernovas team that defeated Velocity in the final won the trophy.
