Supertech Construction Company Accused of Cheating Customers Out of Crores of Rupees

NEW DELHI: The Supertech construction company, based in Uttar Pradesh, is under fire after receiving complaints from hundreds of customers who allege that they were cheated out of crores of rupees and were not given the houses they had paid for.

A total of 679 people from New Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh have filed complaints against the company, claiming that they handed over 440 crore rupees to Supertech for the purchase of homes, only to be swindled out of their money.

Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the owner of the company, Ram Kishore Arora, had set up fake companies and illegally transacted the customers’ money. Last June, Arora was arrested by the police in connection with the fraudulent activities.

The Enforcement Department has taken up the case and is currently conducting a thorough investigation. Additionally, the department is now targeting DLF, another well-known real estate company, in connection with the case. It has been reported that the officials of the enforcement department have seized important files from the premises belonging to DLF as they continue to uncover the truth behind the illegal money transfer fraud.

The Supertech construction company is facing serious allegations of cheating and fraud, and the authorities are taking strict actions to hold the responsible parties accountable for their actions.
