Support for entrepreneurship: Azilal CPDH approves projects worth more than 2.2 MDH

Azilal – The Azilal Provincial Human Development Committee (CPDH), which met recently, approved 25 projects under the “Income Improvement and Economic Inclusion of Youth” program.

The CPDH, which met under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the prefecture of the province of Azilal, Abdellatif Halouit, in the presence of the members of the Committee, gave its approval to 25 projects within the framework of the Support for Entrepreneurship axis with funding of more than 2.2 million dirhams (MDH), with a contribution of around 1.8 MDH from the INDH, according to data from the Social Action Division at the prefecture of the province of Azilal.

The 15 projects that will be distributed across the pachaliks of Azilal, Demnate and the circles of Afourer and Ouaouizeght are part of the third phase of the National Initiative for Human Development for the year 2023.

They aim to promote and consolidate the culture of self-employment among young people through the creation of a new generation of income-generating projects, particularly small and very small businesses.

It should be recalled that the members of the CPDH had given their approval to a proposal relating to the organization of the provincial entrepreneurship forum, which will be an opportunity to highlight the region’s potential as a space for exchange around pioneering experiences in this field.
