The Indian Institute of Human Brands conducted a study on actors from the South Indian states of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam based on looks, confidence, identity, charm and respect. For this a total of 18 actors including 6 actors from Tamil, 6 actors from Telugu, 4 actors from Malayalam and 2 Kannada actors were examined.
The survey was conducted from November to December last year. In this, the actor ranked first in South India. Allu Arjun topped in Telugu. In Malayalam, Dulquer Salmaan and Faqat Faasil share the top spot. Vijay is ranked 2nd after Suriya in Tamil.
Suriya is the most promising actor, popular actor, respectable actor, best looking actor in South India. According to this study, the most promising actors next to him are Allu Arjun and Vijay Devarakonda in Telugu, Suriya in Tamil, Vijay and Sivakarthikeyan in Malayalam, Phagath Faasil and Kicha Sudeep in Kannada.
Similarly, Suriya is followed by Prabhas and Ram Saran in Telugu, Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi in Tamil, Yashsh in Kannada and Prithviraj in Malayalam. Suriya tops the impressive actor category followed by Allu Arjun, Vijay Deverakonda in Telugu, Vijay in Tamil and Dulquer Salmaan in Malayalam.
Suriya tops the overall Most Respected Actor category, followed by Mahesh Babu and Junior NTR in Telugu and Ajith Kumar and Sivakarthikeyan in Tamil. Yash is leading in Kannada.
