A 55-year-old academic, specialist in the social history of the United States and minorities, Pap Ndiaye was until now at the head of the French National Museum of the History of Immigration. So here he is at the head of a huge liner, the school being one of the three major projects of Emmanuel Macron’s new five-year term.
