Mohammad Naim, the official spokesman of the Taliban’s political office, said that the movement succeeded in just one year in fulfilling the wish of the Afghan people for complete independence, and expelling all foreign powers from the entire land of Afghanistan. According to him, the Afghan people have been living in a dangerous economic situation for the past two decades “as a result of the rulers and officials “who worked to fill their bellies and pockets with state funds at the expense of the poor people in the country.”

The speaker surprised when asked if he ruled out dialogue with Israel and clarified that he does not rule out such a thing. He explained that his movement is ready for dialogue with any party.

He added and told about the difficult situation in his country before they came to power: “During this period, Afghan citizens were forced to sell their organs to live, and some of them tried to reach the rich countries of Europe by sea.”

On Wednesday, the Taliban celebrated the anniversary of the departure of the last American soldier from Afghanistan. The militants of the movement held a military parade in honor of the occasion at the “Bagram” air base north of Kabul, with the participation of the Chinese ambassador and representatives of the embassies of Pakistan and Iran.
