Within the framework of the investigation, it was stated that the vehicle was moving in front of the CHP Provincial Building by chance, that the suspect Emre D.’s shooting into the air had started earlier and that the action was not aimed at the CHP provincial building. Four suspects, who were determined to be in the vehicle fired with a gun, were taken into custody, and the suspects were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station. On the other hand, they were released by the judge on duty with a ban on leaving the country and judicial control measures in the form of signing. Suspect Emre D., after his statement at the prosecutor’s office, was arrested by the judge on duty and sent to prison on the charge of ‘possession of an unlicensed weapon’.
