Police arrested a couple of Petah Tikva parents last night, on suspicion of physically abusing helpless minors.
Police were alerted following two children aged 3 and 4 who were found wandering the street without clothes, in an unusually neglected manner. After police located the children’s residential address, they encountered a severe spectacle of unusual sanitary neglect, alongside inventions of suspected drug substances and smoking utensils in the living room.
The police arrested the parents for questioning and the children were transferred to the custody of a relative, until a profitable response was required.
