In recent days, the Eilat Regional Police conducted an undercover investigation into the suspicion of soliciting minors for acts of prostitution and robberies in Eilat in which minor victims who were staying in Eilat fell victim. According to the suspicion, three suspects, two women aged 34 and 46 and a young man aged 24, worked together to provide prostitution services to minors. The police officers revealed the suspect’s pattern of operation, in which two of the suspects operate the suspect who provided sex services and lives on her earnings, and in addition, according to the suspicion, the suspects robbed the minors who came to receive prostitution services. In a search of the vehicle in their possession, findings related to sexual offenses were found, including an electric shocker and a knife.
This morning a hearing ended at the Eilat Magistrate’s Court, in which the detention of the suspects was extended by four more days until August 22, 2022. The Israel Police calls on other victims who have been affected by similar incidents to come as soon as possible to the police station closest to their home or to the Eilat police station.
