He poured it on the face, eyes, ears, body and mysterious organs. Also, he tried to kill Krithika by pouring mosquito repellent medicine into her mouth.
Neighbors came running after hearing Krithika’s screams, rescued Krithika and sent her to Vridthachalam hospital in 108 ambulance. From there he was sent to Cuddalore Government Hospital for further treatment. The doctors there found that Krithika had lost her vision in her right eye due to the acid being poured on her. After that, Krithika was sent to the Pudu hospital for surgery. Based on the complaint, the Vriddhachalam police have arrested Krithika’s mother-in-law Andal and are investigating.
