The world No.1, Iga Swiatek, ejected the Chinese Xinyu Wang on Saturday in 51 minutes in the third round of Roland-Garros. Coco Gauff, Ons Jabeur, Holger Rune and Casper Ruud also advanced to the round of 16.
In the women’s draw, the world No.1 and trophy holder, Iga Swiatek, showed no mercy with the Chinese Xinyu Wang (80e), ejected 6-0, 6-0 in 51 minutes in the third round of Roland-Garros on Saturday June 3.
In total, the Chinese scored just seventeen points throughout the match, and hit 22 unforced errors against just three winning points.
“It was a very solid performance, I was really disciplined and I managed everything in terms of my tennis, I am very satisfied”, appreciated Swiatek.
