What Sylvia Papadakis said in the Star’s main news bulletin
There are developments in the legal war that has broken out between the former Playmate, Sylvia Papadakis and her ex-partner, a businessman from the Netherlands. Magistrates issued a temporary restraining order to keep him within 100 meters of her until the domestic violence charges are heard.
Sylvia Papadakis: She filed a lawsuit against her ex-partner
The love between the model and the Dutch businessman with the initials DM that started 7 years ago in Ibiza, is now a “war” with accusations from both sides.
Sylvia Papadaki spoke to the Star’s main newscast and Tassoula Papanikolaou and spoke about the incident that made her install the panic button.
“There was an argument with the father of my children, which unfortunately turned ugly. So in March I was forced to have a panic button on my cell phone to protect myself and my little children from their own father, who I have of course sued several times for unacceptable behavior and criminal hell,” the model said and added:
«Despite the complaint I filed against my children’s father as a suspect in the kidnapping of the children abroad, for possible neglect and possible drug use, he took the children abroad about a week ago and now I don’t know where they are.».
According to the father’s environment, the children in England have been given temporary sole custody to the businessman. He then learned that the mother of his children had sued him for abusing them.
“It is clear that this lawsuit was filed at a dubious time, with evidence that has not yet emerged despite many promises that have emerged. Needless to say, from the father’s point of view, he not only rejects it, but considers it provocative, even as an attempt to mislead,” the businessman’s lawyer, Nikos Michalolias, told the Star.
The next child custody court date is November.
