The faithful who are in Rome during the month of October will be able to participate in the different prayer initiatives in St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican to pray for the Synod of Synodality, which began this October 4.

In a statement released this Wednesday, the Vatican reported that pilgrims will be able to join in prayer for the Synod of Synodality in the Masses celebrated in the Basilica, as well as in the evening Eucharistic Adoration, which will take place in the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament on Monday to Friday at 7 p.m. (Rome time), at the end of the assembly sessions.

With this initiative, “it is intended to offer the participants in the Synod and the faithful the opportunity to gather daily in worship at the end of the synod work.” For this reason, the closing of the temple will be an hour later than usual, at 8 p.m.
