The “Syrian Resistance in the Coast” statement concluded: “We are still waiting for our right to bloodshed, and so that it is not said that we are igniting strife, we only want Syria to be an independent Arab country, as it was for all components of the Syrian people.”
Morocco officially opens channels of communication with the new Syrian leadership

Al-Faisal worked as a correspondent for the “Orient” channel, where he covered the battles, popular protests, and humanitarian conditions in northern Syria. He participated in many humanitarian campaigns and contributed to highlighting the suffering of the displaced and the displaced. After the closure of the “Orient” offices, Al-Faisal continued his independent media work.”
Major General Murhaf Abu Qasra was appointed Minister of Defense in the new Syrian government
The Military Operations Command in Syria announced today, Tuesday, the appointment of Major General Engineer Murhaf Abu Qasra as Minister of Defense in the new transitional government of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Abu Qasra was born in the city of Halfaya in Hama Governorate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from the University of Damascus. He has been in charge of engineering the military capabilities of the armed factions in northern Syria since 2011, and led most of the military operations there. He was later known by his military name, “Abu Hassan al-Hamawi.” He served as Commander-in-Chief of the military wing of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, and is one of the most prominent leaders of the Military Operations Department that led the battle to “deter aggression” against the former Syrian regime.
The Syrian Foreign Minister heads to the Gulf within days
Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani said that he received an invitation from his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Shaibani told Al-Arabiya website that he will visit the Kingdom during the first week of next January.
