A surprisingly large influx of new customers encourages T-Mobile US to announce its third forecast increase of the year. In the year as a whole, the number of new contract customers will add up to 6.2 to 6.4 instead of 6.0 to 6.3 million, the mobile operator predicted on Thursday. In the third quarter, Deutsche Telekom’s US subsidiary added 854,000 users, over 100,000 more than expected.
