Tabuk Mental Health Conference recommends adopting quality of life in educational settings

A number of participants in the first Tabuk Mental Health Conference, which was recently organized by the Qadir Association for the Promotion of Mental Health in the region, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Province, noted that; Given the importance of the conference and its multiple scientific sessions and themes and research papers, it recommended the necessity of adopting the quality of life in educational environments in order to prepare a generation concerned with public health.

Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. Iman Abdel Karim Aba Hussein said: “Prevention is much more important than finding medicine, which is what all educational institutions must take care of, especially since our sons and daughters are the mainstay of this country, and immunizing them from the danger of mental illness is very important, indicating that Achieving this lies through intensifying awareness programs within educational environments, and spreading health awareness among male and female students, to be armed with the ability to adapt to various crises and recover from their effects if they occur independently – God forbid – such as the Corona crisis and the like, by building and developing the necessary environment to create options More vitality that enhances positive lifestyles, and increases the interaction of society among them.

On the role of the conference and its impact on the medical community, the professor of the College of Medicine at the University of Dammam, Consultant of Clinical and Neuropsychology, Dr. Saeed bin Hadi Wahas, confirmed that the conference had achieved the goals for which it was held, as it is considered one of the most distinguished scientific activities that it has undergone, especially since it included the slogan “The Kingdom seeks.” To achieve it within its 2030 strategic plan, which came to bear the omens of goodness and within it a national project concerned with improving the quality of life for all, which will chart the path with a scientific methodology towards a world of happiness and achieving quality of life in the institutional aspect sponsored by the state – may God protect it – and the individual, family and societal aspect, noting that Happiness is an industry that does not knock on the door.
