After his participation in the Tour de France, the adventure will not stop for Tadej Pogacar. The Slovenian will be the great benchmark in the first edition of the European Climbers Championship, an event that will take place as a time trial on Swiss roads.
The test was scheduled to take place last year, but for various reasons, it had to be postponed until this season and was set for July 30.
It consists of a 13-kilometre route to the top of the Gotthard Pass, which is one of the most traditional ascents of the Tour de Suisse. That will be the same route for all the categories, which cover up to the amateur level. The other great guest along with ‘Pogi’ will be Anna Kiesenhofer, the current Olympic champion.
