Tailor-made video to convince Ukrainian parents to vaccinate their children against diseases such as measles and polio

This was announced on Thursday during a meeting of the Health Board of the Fryslân Safety Region. To inform parents about the importance of vaccinations against diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus and polio (DTP), and against mumps, measles and rubella (BMR), GGD Fryslân has made a video in collaboration with a Ukrainian doctor that is shared via social media and which can be seen in the municipal reception locations. “It is up to them to make a decision about this, but it is up to us to inform them as well as possible,” says Derk Moor, spokesperson for GGD Fryslân.
