Takeover of RTT: “It’s a substitute for higher wages”

On the occasion of the parliamentary debate on the amending budget which will take place on Monday August 1 and Tuesday August 2 in the Senate, the debate on the 35 hours is making a comeback in French politics. While inflation over one year exceeds 6%, this text is intended in particular to give a little more purchasing power to the French by offering employees the possibility of having their RTT days bought back by the company.
