Kabul: Taliban with an explanation on the issue of denying admission to women in Afghan universities. Higher Education Minister Neda Mohammad Nadeem said that female students were denied admission to universities because they did not follow the correct dress code or follow instructions given by the Taliban.

“Many female students come to college dressed as if they were going to a wedding. Many girls who come from home to university are not willing to wear hijab. They did not follow any instructions given in this regard. Many of the subjects that girls study in universities are not suitable for them. “Some science subjects, engineering are not subjects that suit women’s dignity or Afghan culture,” says Nadeem.

Last day, the Taliban issued an order denying girls admission to universities. There was widespread criticism of the Taliban’s actions worldwide.
