The money was sent to a bus agent in Ukraine through the Indian Overseas Bank in Chennai. 35 Tamil Nadu students have reached Romania by bus provided by the Tamil Nadu government. From there they are brought to Tamil Nadu through the Ministry of External Affairs.

The bus brought by Tamil Nadu students also included students from some other states in India.

Saqib Sharif, a first-year student at the National Medical University of Kharkiv, said: “I was terrified of leaving Python. Thus I suffered without sleep. I am now comforted. The efforts of the Tamil Nadu government are commendable. ”
