Vegetable-grocery, butcher shops, Tasmag stores, businesses, theaters, etc. will not operate. City bus and metro rail service will not run. Only a limited number of electric trains run. Permission has been granted by the police to operate long distance buses and trains from outside at railway stations, bus stations, auto and rental cars with conditions.
