Chennai: Actor Ajith’s father Subramani, 85, passed away.
Actor Ajith’s house is located at East Beach Road, Enchambakkam, Chennai. In that house, his parents Subramani – Mohini stayed.
Subramani, who has been suffering from stroke for some years, was being treated at home. He passed away early yesterday morning.
Subramani’s body was cremated yesterday afternoon at the Besant Nagar graveyard. The last rites were performed by elder son Anupkumar. Many people from the film industry and political personalities paid tribute to Subramani’s body in person. Chief Minister and others expressed their condolences.
Late Subramani is survived by three sons Anupkumar, Ajithkumar and Anilkumar and wife Mohini.
