Vadamadurai: Due to ‘server’ problem of the Vadamadurai Registrar’s office, the registration of documents was delayed till night, so people were involved in an argument with the employees and blockade.
In the Vadamadurai Sub-Registrar Office, junior assistants working in different towns without a Sub-Registrar on a permanent basis for 12 years are working as substitutes.
As some posts are unfilled, there is a backlog in the work of getting attestation, photocopying etc. Delays in registration are also caused by the late arrival of temporary staff posted here.
In this case, the day before yesterday, the registration work was interrupted due to a ‘server’ problem.
The people who waited there till 9:00 pm were disappointed as it was better to post their bond and leave at any time. Due to this, they got into an argument with the employees and started a siege.
